"The service was fast, efficient and satisfactory. I'm so pleased with the information I got which enabled me to make contact with my biological mother"
Paul O'Connor (Luton, England)

You reunited me with my father who I had never met, I am twenty-Six years of age with a young family of my own and this was something I had to pursue despite the disapproval from family and friends. Now after meeting my real father I feel happy and content as we both slowly try to build a relationship that we never had.
Thank you for all your support and sensitivity, and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anybody.
Michelle Skidmore (Dublin, Eire)

You guys were amazing! I thought you were Kidding when told me you found her and my mother wanted to meet me WOW, I mean it only took you guys 2 days with that little information. Things are going great I still can't believe it; we have so much in common. Thanks for everything,
Eddie (Ithaca, New York)

I was amazed at the speed and accuracy of the information I received. I felt that being in West Africa it would take a while to locate my Daughter in England however, I was wrong and you put me in contact with her again after 19 long years in under 2 weeks at an affordable price, very good.
Ibrahim Ajayi (Abuja, Nigeria)

This is my official and sincere thank you for all your efforts and success. After finding my father in America after 28 years, I am still in shock. This has completed a missing jigsaw in my life. Keep him in your prayers; I got a lovely letter from him this morning. Thanks again,
Catherine (Glasgow, Scotland)

I contacted your company after I found out that I was adopted. This was a sensitive issue for me and I was not sure what to say and how to approach your company.
I spoke to your investigator Richard who was very professional and quite sensitive in understanding the severity of my situation, who assured me that it would be treated in the strictest confidence. You kept me informed and updated throughout, but to my disappointment we found my mother had deceased. However you still helped me to contact my extended family who are based in different parts of the world. I just want to say thank you so much for what you've done for my family, and myself and for your patience in dealing with my frustrations. Yours truly,
Dianne Barnet (Perth, Australia)

Hi. My name is Julie Bassett and I am 37 years old, and when I was 18 I gave birth to a child whom I had adopted. It was a cold December night in 1984 when Jamie was born I was alone in that delivery room, no family, no friends to hold my hand.

Jamie was a beautiful boy I had a peek at his face but was not allowed to hold him, the nurses knew that he was to be adopted and did not want any bonding to take place, my beautiful son was taken away from me, for the best they said, I often wonder who it was suppose to be best for. Jamie's adopted parents had already been chosen and when he was 9 days old I returned to the hospital where I had left him to do the hardest thing in my life, and that was to hand him over to his new mum and dad.
You know I still see the image now, me standing there with my child in my arms the only time he had ever been in my arms and I could see this couple before me wanting to take my baby home with them, I can still see the sweat marks on the woman's blouse from under her arms, she was fidgeting wanting to take my baby.

It was over very soon I could not stand there a moment longer the pain was unbearable I wanted out of that room that hospital as soon as I could, I held out my son for the woman to take tears streaming down my face never ending tears and ones that would never stop for 17 years, she took my son in her arms she kissed my son she cuddled my son all the things I would be unable to do, I ran from the room never looking back but never forgetting.

I never forgot Jamie he was always to be part of my life even though we were never together, his birthday would always be on the calendar and as the years passed I hoped and prayed that when he was 16 we would meet again, but 16 years passed and then 17 years passed and I heard nothing, my heart ached for Jamie.

I finally plucked up the courage to pick up he phone and spoke to Richard I poured my heart out and he listened to my every word, he promised he could help but we had so little to go on a birth date and a first name only my son was out there somewhere and I imagined finding him would be very difficult.

Two days later Richard called me he had found my son my Jamie my boy. I cant describe the feelings I had I wanted so much to talk to him to hold him and see him, Richard had the address and even the phone number.

Five minutes after speaking to Richard I was speaking to Jamie's adopted father two days later I spoke to my son Jamie for the first time, I wept with joy at hearing him I told him how I had always loved him and always would no matter how he felt about me.
We continued to speak on the phone every week and after two months we met for the first time, as soon as I saw Jamie I knew he was my son I finally after nearly 18 years I had my child in my arms again I felt his warmth and his softness just like I had done so briefly all those years ago it was a moment that I will never forget.

Now Jamie and I see each other every two weeks he comes to stay and he's just like part of the family I love him so very much and I can never thank Richard enough for the happiness he has given me in finding my son he found that missing piece of jigsaw and made my life complete.

If there is any woman out there thinking should I do the same, yes pick up the phone do it let Richard find your child let him give you the happiness he has given Jamie and I and being reunited.
